I started using Swisse Lung Health a few weeks ago, but had no prior direct experience with the brand or products. While I’ve heard a lot of positive things about the Swisse brand, I don’t feel like the Lung Health Support has made much of a difference to my lung function. The pills themselves are full calcium capsules that are large, dark brown, and have a slight odor – nothing unusual for a supplement, just large in size. But you have to take three of them. I already take 19 pills every morning between maintenance meds, vitamins, and supplements. Adding these 3 pills is just too much. The intake hasn’t balanced out for me, and there has been a slight change in lung performance. I’m really hopeful, though!
